Проект OpenNet: MAN eqn (1) Команды и прикладные программы ...
The output of GNU eqn cannot be processed with Unix troff; it must be processed with GNU troff.
GNU eqn does not provide the functionality of neqn: it does not support low-resolution, typewriter-like devices (although it may work adequately for very simple input).
This manual page describes the GNU version of eqn, which is part of the groff document formatting system.

It is also possible to set two characters as ``delimiters''; subsequent text between delimiters is also treated as eqn input.
The following operands are supported: file The nroff or troff file processed by eqn or neqn.
Neither of these lines is altered, so they may be defined in macro packages to get centering, number- ing, and so on.

The text between these delimiters is treated as input to the eqn command.
Changes font in all the eqn command processed text to the value specified by the Font variable.
The Font value (a font name or position) must be one or two ASCII characters.

 Eqn auxiliary files
To obtain greek characters from eqn which are slanted a few degrees to harmonize with the italic font as is customary in mathematical text, include the /public/eqngreek.psc in the list of input files that you provide to eqn.
An easy way to include both the /public/eqnchar.psc and the /public/eqngreek.psc file involves using the "*" wildcard as follows (assuming the text file is named "math.text"): eqn /public/eqn*psc math.text
lpr and Note that if you are using "tbl", the table preprocessor to nroff/troff, it is necessary to include the /public/eqnchar.psc file as an argument to tbl rather than eqn: tbl /public/eqnchar.psc math.text

Just as in the two special cases considered above, we need to determine whether there is a model perturbation, m, that leads to the traveltime perturbation being equal for all rays having a common source.

Because the clinical data is given in actual concentrations instead of rates of change, the system must be solved and thus give the concentration at any time t, in order to be able to compare the clinical data with the model.
Thus our model in terms of rates becomes: Figure2: Pethidine Flow Rates From this rates can be written for the change in concentration of pethidine in both the blood plasma and the other organs.

Eqn 1.8 can now be written as: EMBED Equation.3 1.10 Alternatively density dependence may occur amongst other life-history stages giving rise to various developments of Eqn 1.10, for example, involving changes in the lag term of the flowering plant density in the negative exponential density-dependent function.
We will work with a generalized version of Eqn 1.10 in which EMBED Equation.3 is replaced by a and a series of density-dependent functions are included: EMBED Equation.3 1.11 Equation 1.11 is Equation 1 in the main text.
