Script kiddie - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In computing, a script kiddie (occasionally script bunny, script kitty or skiddie) is a derogatory term for inexperienced crackers who use scripts and programs developed by others, without knowing what they are or how they work, for the purpose of compromising computer accounts and files, and for launching attacks on whole computer systems (see DoS).
Script kiddies, instead of attacking an individual system, often scan thousands of computers looking for vulnerable targets before initiating an attack.
Script kiddies search for vulnerable computers over massive blocks of the internet.

 Skript kiddie - Encyclopedia Dramatica
The tragedy of the the typical script kiddie is that he approaches software the way a priest approaches the eucharist: he is so in awe at the magic of computers, that he looks to it like a sacrement from God.
To call someone a script kiddie is usually to insult their intelligence, saying to the person: 'you wish to be considered a hacker, but you cannot teach yourself to develop the tools necessary to accomplish what you want'.
Skript Kiddies, Script Kiddies or s'Kiddies are individuals who go about trying to cause things to happen using computers that are either frowned upon, unexpected or malicious in nature.

Define script kiddy - a Whatis.com definition - see also: script kiddie
Script kiddy (sometimes spelled kiddie) is a derogative term, originated by the more sophisticated crackers of computer security systems, for the more immature, but unfortunately often just as dangerous exploiter of security lapses on the Internet.
The typical script kiddy uses existing and frequently well-known and easy-to-find techniques and programs or scripts to search for and exploit weaknesses in other computers on the Internet - often randomly and with little regard or perhaps even understanding of the potentially harmful consequences.

Script Kiddies gain this type of control through utilising Trojan programs that have been installed on your computer by other means (usually by executing unscanned infected email attachments or software downloads).
They utilise freely available software, which is easy to use, to scan networks in the hope of finding a computer that is compromised enough to allow them to have some fun.
These Trojan programs take up residence on certain ports on your computer.
