The goal of all Wiktionaries is to have all words in all languages.
We have several ideas about what a wiktionary database might look like (see Tables for Wiktionary).
Using the structured information it'll be possible to make adding words even simpler than the current wiki system.

Unlike many dictionaries, which are monolingual or bilingual, Wiktionary is multilingual, meaning that the goal is to define every word from all known languages in every other language, as well as in the original language itself.

Wiktionary appears to offer somewhat more edited content than UrbanDictionary, which I mentioned earlier.
William Gibson mentions the really cool Wiktionary site ("a wiki-based Open Content dictionary"; neologisms here) in a very brief interview.
